Early Life

Fogle is the son of English actress Julia Foster and Canadian veterinarian Bruce Fogle. He attended two independent schools: The Hall School in Hampstead, London, and Bryanston School in Blandford Forum, Dorset. After completing his education, Fogle took a gap year in Ecuador, where he worked in an orphanage teaching English. He then spent another year involved in a turtle conservation project along the Mosquito Coast of Honduras and Nicaragua.

He later pursued a degree in Latin American studies at the University of Portsmouth and spent a year studying at the University of Costa Rica. During his time in university, Fogle joined the University Royal Naval Unit (URNU) and became a Midshipman in the Royal Naval Reserve, serving as an officer on HMS Blazer and providing aid to war-torn Bosnia and Croatia.
