Early life
Paul was raise in the east Cleveland area of Forest Hills in a one-bedroom apartment above his father’s business, R & J Confectionery, at the intersection of East 125th and Arlington. His father registered him in the Catholic, private Benedictine High School, which charges tuition. In 1999, his father passed away from cancer.
