Career

Before turning her attention to running, Keith participated in orienteering during her adolescence and won gold medals in both the European and World Youth Championships. She was between the ages of 16 and 17. She won the sprint event at the 2018 European Youth Orienteering Championships in Bulgaria, making history as the first female to win a gold medal for Great Britain in international orienteering. Her victory margin was an impressive 34 seconds. Keith later participated in the British relay team that won the Junior World Orienteering Championships in Denmark in 2019, earning the nation’s first-ever gold medal in the sport.
