Kenneth Gainwell Latest News

Kenneth Gainwell will not be available for the Philadelphia Eagles’ upcoming game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football. The 25-year-old running back has established a solid role this season, primarily backing up his star teammate, Saquon Barkley. Since Week 7, Gainwell has averaged 6.8 rushing attempts, 31.4 yards per game on the ground, and one target per game. While he’s been a reliable change-of-pace option for the Eagles, he has not provided significant standalone fantasy value outside of his potential handcuff appeal. Despite a decent snap share, Gainwell has yet to score double-digit fantasy points or a touchdown in 2024. For now, he is best kept as a stash in case Barkley misses time but should not be considered for fantasy lineups. Gainwell is ranked as RotoBaller’s PPR RB43 for this week.
