Diggs attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he was a standout athlete in both football and track. As a junior in 2010, he recorded 810 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns, earning runner-up honors for Gatorade Maryland Player of the Year. During his senior year, he posted 770 receiving yards, 8 touchdowns, and also contributed 277 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns on the ground.
