On January 18, 2016, he made his Twenty20 debut for Mumbai in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for the 2015–16 season. On February 25, 2017, he made his List A debut for Mumbai in the Vijay Hazare Trophy for 2016–17. On December 7, 2017, he made his Mumbai first-class debut in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy. He claimed his first-ever five-wicket haul in first-class cricket during the opening innings.
In the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy match between Mumbai and Railways on November 2, 2018, he achieved his first-class cricket century. He claimed seven wickets for 54 runs in his subsequent match, another five-wicket haul against Karnataka. Dube hit five sixes in an over during the Ranji Trophy match against Baroda on December 17, 2018.
Dube was included in the Indian Twenty20 International (T20I) team for their series against Bangladesh in October 2019.
