In 2020, he was signed by the Melbourne Renegades in the BBL, becoming their youngest overseas player. He served as a net bowler for the Chennai Super Kings in the 2021 IPL and was then acquired by Gujarat Titans for INR 30 lakhs during the 2022 IPL season.

He was selected for Afghanistan’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in December 2019 and for St Lucia Zouks in the 2020 Caribbean Premier League in July 2020.
His List A debut was on 14 October 2020 for Mis Ainak Region in the 2020 Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament. At 15 years old in December 2020, he joined Melbourne Renegades for the 2020–21 Big Bash League season in Australia. Chennai Super Kings enlisted Noor as a net bowler in their squad for the 2021 Indian Premier League in March 2021. He also played for Karachi Kings in the 2021 Pakistan Super League in June 2021.
