Early life
After being introduced to the sport by a friend, Tybura started training in 2006. He started to feel the need to compete within a few weeks. He would, however, have to wait a few years to make his professional debut. graduated from the University of Łódź with a master’s degree in physical education.

On November 5, 2011, Tybura defeated Robert Marcok in his professional debut via rear-naked choke. In the Polish mixed martial arts scene, he triumphed in his next five bouts, the most notable of which was a unanimous decision victory over future UFC heavyweight Adam Wieczorek. At Gladiator Arena 4, he defeated Krystian Kopytowski via third-round TKO in his final fight at the regional level. M-1 Worldwide Tybura inked a contract with M-1 Global Promotion, a Russian company, in 2013. Tybura was supposed to face Denis Komkin in a Heavyweight Grand Prix alternative match for his promotional debut. After Komkin withdrew from the fight at the conclusion of the opening round, he won the fight via TKO. Then, Tybura was supposed to square off against Chaban Ka at M-1 Challenge 41.
