Club career
After enrolling in Norwich City’s development academy at the age of ten, Kamara advanced through the youth ranks. He was first signed by the club in January 2021 for a term of 2023 as a professional; in October of that same year, he extended his contract until 2025. During Norwich’s 1-0 Championship loss to Sheffield United on April 1, 2023, Kamara made his professional debut after replacing Teemu Pukki in the 70th minute. Kamara went on loan to Portsmouth, a team in EFL League One, on July 19, 2023.
International career
On 7 June 2025, Kamara made his England U20 debut during a 2–1 win over Sweden at Stadion ŠRC Sesvete.
