Early life and military career
Bisht was born in Uttarakhand’s Gangolihat, in the Pithoragarh district. The 1971 Indo-Pakistani War claimed the life of his grandpa.After completing his early schooling at Kendriya Vidhyalaya No. 5 in Mansarovar, Jaipur, he enlisted in the special forces in 2003 when he was 16 years old. In Israel, he trained for 2.5 years in commando operations and espionage.
During Narendra Modi’s time as Gujarat’s chief minister, Bisht was his security detail. Hussain Zaidi had an interview with him in 2022 regarding his life, work, and experiences as an intelligence agent for the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). Bisht was a member of US President Barack Obama’s security detail when he traveled to India on November 8, 2010. He has led operations in several nations while employed by a number of government security organizations, such as the National Security Guard, Indian Army, Research and Analysis Wing, Special Forces, and Assam Rifles.

Controversy
Bisht was held accountable for the murders of Amit Arya and Raju Pargai. The Uttarakhand Police accused him of double murder on September 5, 2011. He was incarcerated for more than three years, during which he was moved to eleven different facilities. The 11th of March, 2015 saw his release. In the end, on March 6, 2018, the Nainital district court cleared him for want of proof. After retiring in 2019 and joining the Special Forces once more in 2018, Bisht entered Bollywood later that year.

Accused of Double Murder Lucky was arreste by the Uttarakhand Police from Nainital in 2011 while he had gone home on a leave. According to cops, Lucky was involve in the murders of Raju Pargai and Amit Arya. He reportedly killed the duo with one bullet to the head. The police, in its charge sheet, claimed that they had found Lucky’s pistol’s holster from the site of the murder. Lucky, however, denied the claim. He staye in jail till 2015 and was acquitted in 2018. Lucky claime that the law enforcement agencies kept him in the jail for four years without evidence and mentally tortured him by not his letting close relatives meet him. |
