Early life and family

Ashley Blazer Biden was born on June 8, 1981, in Wilmington, Delaware, to teacher Jill Biden and US Senator Joe Biden. She is the half-sister to Beau Biden, Hunter Biden, and Naomi Biden, her father’s children from his first marriage to Neilia Hunter. Biden is Edward Francis Blewitt’s great-great-granddaughter. On her mother’s side, she is of English, Scottish, and Italian origin, while her father is of English, French, and Irish descent.
