Originally from Winter Park, Florida, Locke trained at the Lisa Maile Image, Modeling and Acting School in her hometown. Before landing her role as Candida Keegel on Phil of the Future in 2005, Locke played Bitsy Johnson in the first season of Nickelodeon’s Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. She also made guest appearances as Brandee Case in the Without a Trace episode “Wannabe” (Season 2), and as Kayla in the That’s So Raven episode “Mad Hot Cotillion” (Season 4). In animation, she voiced Jenny Bennett in Monster House.
Locke joined the Resident Evil franchise in 2007 with Resident Evil: Extinction, portraying K-Mart—a young girl discovered by Claire Redfield’s group in the remains of a K-Mart store.
