Sharath BR Biography born on 28 September 1996, is an Indian cricketer who represents Karnataka in domestic cricket and Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League. He is a Wicket-keeper Batsman who achieved a century on his debut against Ranji Trophy champions Vidarbha cricket team on 14 November 2018 at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium. Sharath was part of Karnataka cricket team during the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy season, where the squad made it to the semi-finals. He played his Twenty20 debut for Karnataka against Jharkhand in Kolkata on 44 January 2018 and his List A cricket debut against Odisha at Alur on 13 February 2018. In the Karnataka Premier League, he played for the Namma Shivamogga team and also represented the South Zone cricket team in the under 19s during the 2015–16 season. In November 2019, he was appointed as the captain of India’s squad for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh.
