Currently signed to WWE, Reigns performs on the SmackDown brand. Widely regarded as one of the top professional wrestlers in the world, he holds the fourth-longest world title reign in WWE history, with his 1,316-day reign as WWE Universal Champion being the longest since 1988.
Before his wrestling career, Anoaʻi played U.S. college football for Georgia Tech. He later had brief off-season stints with the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars in 2007. He then played a full season with the Edmonton Eskimos in the Canadian Football League (CFL) in 2008 before retiring from football. A member of the renowned Anoaʻi wrestling family, Anoaʻi was signed by WWE in 2010.

Leati Joseph Anoaʻi was born on May 25, 1985, in Pensacola, Florida, to Sika Anoaʻi and Patricia Hooker. His father is of Samoan descent, and his mother has Sicilian ancestry. Both his father and his brother, Rosey, were professional wrestlers. Anoaʻi is part of the Anoaʻi wrestling family, with notable relatives such as The Tonga Kid, Rikishi, Umaga, and Yokozuna, as well as first cousins once removed, The Usos and Solo Sikoa. • In 2010, he was arrested in Pensacola, Florida for appearing drunk in public place and getting involved in a fight. He was subsequently released on $1,000 bond and charged with $500 for each offense.
