He pursued a degree in commerce at Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
Rishabh Pant’s career
Pant entered the first-class arena representing Delhi in the Ranji Trophy in October 2015 and debuted in List A cricket during the Vijay Hazare Trophy the following month. He joined the Indian Premier League in 2016 as part of the Delhi Daredevils team. Pant took on the role of captain for Delhi during the 2016-17 Vijay Hazare Trophy, succeeding Gautam Gambhir. His international debut occurred in February 2017 when he was selected for India’s Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for a series against England, becoming the youngest Indian player at 19 years old to feature in a T20I match. He debuted in Test cricket in August 2018 against England, where he hit a six in his first match, helping India start their Test journey.
