Born in the Bhati Rajput family of the Barmer region of Rajasthan, Bhati was born on December 3, 1997, in the village of Dudhoda. He is raised by his mother Ashok Kanwar, a homemaker, and father Shaitan Singh Bhati, a school teacher. Jai Narain Vyas University in Jodhpur is where he completed his LLB and BA.
Political career
Bhati got involved in politics as a student at JNVU. After the ABVP declined to provide tickets, he ran on his own and became the first independent student union president in the 57-year history of JNVU. He was arrested several times for prioritising student concerns during his term, which included handling financial difficulties in the midst of the difficult COVID-19 pandemic.
Later, after being well-liked, he joined the BJP under the chief leadership of BJP Rajasthan. After the Sheo constituency refused to provide him a ticket, he ran on his own and prevailed, making history in his constituency for the first independent victory. Together with Anshuman Singh Bhati, he became the youngest Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the history of Rajasthan on December 3, 2023, when he became 26 years old. INC Ummeda Ram Beniwal of the Barmer Lok Sabha beat him in the general elections of 2025 in India.
