• She filed a complaint against Isha Koppikar’s husband, Timmy Narang for harassing her in 2009. In her complaint, she said,
Timmy’s sister Ramona and Shatrughan Sinha’s wife Poonam had installed spyware in her phone and sent rowdies to destroy her car. 
• She filed a case in 2015, against some unidentified people for molesting her while she was doing her calendar shoot in Udaipur. She said,
After having dinner at the hotel, I was offered a drink. After drinking it I returned to my room where and went into a deep sleep. When I got up in the morning I felt that I was molested and sexually assaulted.”• She filed a case against the famous Bollywood actress, Sunny Leone in the Bombay High Court in February 2016. Pooja demanded Rs 100 crore as compensation from Sunny. Later, the Bombay High Court adjourned her case. Her complaint read as,
Sunny tried to overshadow me on the reality show Bigg Boss, tried to malign my name in interviews and also along with her husband Daniel Weber, made attempts to sabotage my work in 2016. • In 2016, she filed a police complaint against three videographers for intoxicating her and sexually assaulting her while she was shooting for a TV show in Jaipur. • During the #MeToo movement in 2018, she accused Salman Khan and his brothers, Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan for harassing her. She further said,
Salman Khan, Arbaaz, and Sohail raped on me at multiple occasions. Shatrughan Sinha hacked my phone and laptop to steal the creative ideas, which were used to lift up Sonakshi Sinha and Malaika Arora Khan’s career and Shatrughan Sinha used black magic on me.”• She was restricted from entering her parent’s flat in Lokhandwala’s Windsor Tower in 2016; due to her misbehaviour. The members of the society said,
We have instructions not to let her into the compound. Her parents moved to Pune and the flat remains mostly locked. Her brother comes here, but she is not allowed.“ The society has submitted a letter in this regard to the Oshiwara police.” • In May 2022, she made accusations against Shatrughan Sinha and said that he ruined her life and career by involving her in a ‘sex scam.’ She also accused the Sinha family of performing black magic on her. She said, ‘By selling my virginity, Shatrughan Sinha made his daughter Sonakshi a star, who was about to become a fashion designer.’ Later, Shatrughan Sinha’s son Luv Sinha took to Twitter to deny these allegations. He tweeted, ‘That woman needs professional help. To make such accusations against my family proves that she is unstable. I normally don’t waste my time responding to such trash published on the internet, but I think the irresponsible editor.’
