Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Glaser is the daughter of Julie E. (née Burke) and Edward J. Glaser. She has a younger sister named Lauren. Glaser spent much of her childhood in St. Louis, Missouri, particularly in the suburb of Kirkwood.
