In the team competition, she and Oliver Townend and Tom McEwen took home the gold.

After a severe fall from her horse in 2013, Collett suffered a lacerated liver, broken ribs, fractured shoulder, punctured lung, and renal damage. Paramedics had to perform five rounds of resuscitation and an emergency tracheotomy. In addition, an optic nerve injury was caused by a broken piece of shoulder bone that entered her bloodstream and traveled to her right eye. She spent six days in an induced coma.
