Debut
He joined Dambulla’s squad for the 2017–18 Super Four Provincial Tournament in March 2018 and later joined the 2018 Super Provincial One Day Tournament. In August 2018, he became a part of Galle’s squad for the 2018 SLC T20 League. In March 2019, he was selected for Kandy’s squad in the 2019 Super Provincial One Day Tournament. He was recruited by the Colombo Kings for the first Lanka Premier League edition in October 2020. In March 2021, he played for the Sinhalese Sports Club team, winning the 2020–21 SLC Twenty20 Tournament, marking their first victory since 2005. He signed with the Colombo Stars for the third edition of the Lanka Premier League in July 2022.
