Early life
Santo Domingo is where Ramirez was born. Her goal was to become an actress at a young age. When she was little, she used to act out telenovelas for her relatives. At the age of 15, she was working at a convenience shop when she was approached by a modeling scout, who offered her a modest role in a soda commercial. Flo Greenberg was her teacher at the Actor’s Workshop in New York City when she eventually made the decision to take acting seriously.
Ramirez began attending Montclair State University at the age of sixteen. There, her skills as a volleyball player helped her rank in the top five in terms of career digs, digs/game, solo blocks, and total blocks. In 2001, she received her degree.
