BSE Trading Holidays List 2025
BSE trading hours are from 9.15 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on weekdays, with Saturday and Sunday designated as holidays. Pre-market trading occurs from 9.00 to 9.15 a.m. Besides weekends, certain national holidays of cultural and religious importance are also recognized as BSE trading holidays. The BSE has released a list of holidays for 2025 categorizing them based on trading sectors. Trading and clearing holidays are distinguished, with trading holidays indicating no transactions on the Bombay Stock Exchange. On clearing BSE holidays, securities can still be bought and sold, but financial transfers from investors to companies are delayed due to banks being non-operational.
