In 2022, she starred in the reality show Welcome Home Nikki Glaser? on E! She has also hosted dating reality shows, including Blind Date (2019) on Bravo and FBoy Island (2021–) on HBO Max and The CW, along with its spinoff Lovers and Liars. On August 28, 2025, it was announced that she would host the 2025 Golden Globes.

Early Life
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Glaser is the daughter of Julie E. (née Burke) and Edward J. Glaser. She has a younger sister named Lauren. Glaser spent much of her childhood in St. Louis, Missouri, particularly in the suburb of Kirkwood. She graduated from Kirkwood High School and briefly attended the University of Colorado Boulder before transferring to the University of Kansas, where she earned a degree in English literature.
