Will Howard born September 24, 2001 is an American football quarterback currently playing for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He began his college football journey at Kansas State before transferring to Ohio State in 2025. Howard joined the Kansas State Wildcats as an early enrollee in January 2020. He started his freshman season as the backup to Skylar Thompson but took over as the starting quarterback for the final seven games after Thompson was injured.

Howard grew up in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, and attended Downingtown West High School, where he was named the Maxwell Football Club Pennsylvania Player of the Year. During his senior year, he passed for 2,543 yards and 27 touchdowns. Over the course of his high school career, Howard totaled 5,308 passing yards and 48 touchdowns, in addition to rushing for 512 yards and 21 touchdowns. He was also a standout basketball player, earning All-Area honors twice and scoring over 1,000 points in his varsity career. Rated as a three-star recruit, Howard received more than 20 scholarship offers and ultimately chose Kansas State over other schools, including Maryland, Minnesota, Rutgers, and Kansas.
