UPSC Notification 2024

The Union Public Service Commission will release the UPSC notification 2024 on February 14, 2024. The UPSC 2024 notification will be released at upsc.gov.in. With the release of the notification, the application process for UPSC will also start. UPSC notification will have complete details on eligibility criteria, vacancy, syllabus, and exam pattern. 

UPSC 2024 Eligibility Criteria

UPSC Age Limit for Civil Services Exam 2024The candidates must have attained 21 years of age and be less than 32 years of age as of 1st August 2024 i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1991 and not later than 1st August 2002.

Nationality

  • Indian Citizen, or
  • Nepal/Bhutan residents, or
  • Tibetan refugees before January 1, 1962, with the intent of permanent residence, or
  • Person of Indian ancestry returning from specified countries for permanent residence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or
  • Final-year graduation candidates can appear for Prelims, but they must provide passing results before Mains Application.

Age

  • General category: 21 to 32 years on August 1st of the exam year.
  • Birth between August 2, 1992, and August 1, 2003.
  • Age relaxations for reserved categories
