High School Career
Haliburton played basketball for Oshkosh North High School in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. As a sophomore, he earned second-team and defensive team honors in the All-Fox Valley Association (FVA). In his junior season, he averaged 18 points, six assists, and five rebounds per game, earning FVA Player of the Year and Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division I All-State accolades, although his team just missed out on the State Tournament.
