She also created the comedy shows Divorce (2016–2019), Motherland (2016–2022), and Shining Vale (2022–2023).

Horgan’s talent has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2008 British Comedy Award for Best TV Actress for her role in Pulling, while the show’s 2009 hour-long finale won the British Comedy Award for Best Comedy Drama.
A seven-time BAFTA TV Award nominee, she won the 2016 BAFTA TV Award for Best Comedy Writer for Catastrophe (shared with Rob Delaney).
