Arora played Kamran in Sony SAB’s Left Right Left after making his television debut in Ssshhhh…Phir Koi Hai in 2006. He signed on to Star Plus’s medical drama Dill Mill Gaye in 2007 to play Sumit, a supporting character. 2009 saw him return to television as Jigar Thakkar in Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, following a two-year hiatus. He began appearing in Tere Liye on Star Plus in 2010 as Taposh Banerjee.He was cast as Angad Purohit in Sanskaar Laxmi and as Mukul in Zee TV’s Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo in 2011. Arora received a lot of praise for his role as Dr. Onir Dutt in Zee TV’s highly acclaimed soap series Pavitra Rishta, which he portrayed from 2012 to 2013.
He also hosted Gumrah: End of Innocence and Gyaan Guru in 2012. Rasoi Ki Rani was his debut program as a participant. Aside from a brief appearance on Star Plus’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, he also presented Science With BrainCafe in 2013 and acted in Yeh Hai Aashiqui as Mayank opposite Kapoor and in MTV Webbed as Kavish Mehta.
