His first-class career peaked during the 2021-22 Ranji Trophy when he achieved his first ten-wicket haul against Jammu and Kashmir, taking 6 for 35 in the first innings and 4 for 59 in the second. In the IPL, Prasidh Krishna was acquired by the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2018 as a replacement for the injured Kamlesh Nagarkoti. He made his IPL debut on May 6, 2018, against the Mumbai Indians. In February 2022, he was signed by the Rajasthan Royals for ₹10 crores during the IPL Mega Auction.
