Nicholas John Sirianni born June 15, 1981 is an American football coach currently serving as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles in the National Football League (NFL). Before taking on this role, he was the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2020. Sirianni also held coaching positions with the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers from 2013 to 2017 and with the Kansas City Chiefs from 2009 to 2012.

Sirianni played wide receiver at Division III Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio, where he contributed to the team’s national championships in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Despite suffering a calf injury and compartment syndrome as a sophomore, which nearly ended his playing career, he went on to start for three years. As a senior in 2003, he recorded 998 yards and 13 touchdowns. He graduated with a degree in education and briefly played one season for the Canton Legends in the American Indoor Football League.
