Franz Jacob Wagner born August 27, 2001 is a German professional basketball player for the Orlando Magic in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He previously played college basketball for the Michigan Wolverines. A native of Berlin, Wagner began his career with Alba Berlin in the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). In 2019, he was named the BBL’s Best German Young Player. He has also represented Germany in youth basketball competitions, earning a gold medal at the 2018 Albert Schweitzer Tournament.
