Fiona Bruce Biography: Fiona Elizabeth Bruce (b. April 25, 1964) is a British journalist, newsreader, and television personality. In 1989, she joined the BBC as a researcher for their current affairs program Panorama. She went on to become the first female newsreader on BBC News at Ten, as well as presenting many other flagship programmes for the corporation, including BBC News at Six, Crimewatch, Real Story, Antiques Roadshow, and Fake or Fortune? She has been the presenter of the BBC One television series Question Time since January 10, 2019.

Bruce was born on April 25, 1964, in what was then the State of Singapore, Malaysia, to an English mother and a Scottish father who worked for Unilever for many years, eventually rising to the position of regional managing director.[5][6] Previously, the Bruce family had lived for several generations in the fishing village of Hopeman, Moray, in northeastern Scotland.Bruce has two older brothers. She attended Gayton Primary School on the Wirral and the International School of Milan before attending Haberdashers’ Aske’s Hatcham College in New Cross, London, from the ages of 14 to 18.
During the later era, she modeled for stories in the teenage girls’ magazine Jackie. Bruce’s great-grandfather, Frederick Crouch, died while serving on the Western Front during World War. Bruce studied French and Italian at Hertford College, Oxford. During that time, she was temporarily a punk, singing in rock bands and dyeing her hair blue for a week. She attended the University of London Institute in Paris and is fluent in French and Italian.
