Douglas Irvin Pederson born January 31, 1968 is an American football coach and former quarterback, currently serving as the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL. Pederson spent the majority of his 13-year playing career as a backup quarterback to Brett Favre with the Green Bay Packers, contributing to the team’s Super Bowl XXXI victory. He also played as a backup to Dan Marino with the Miami Dolphins and as a starter for the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns before retiring in 2004.
