Career
Tripathi began her work as an anchor on Bhopal’s All India Radio. In 2003, she competed in Pantene Zee Teen Queen and took home the Miss Beautiful Skin title. Tripathi competed in India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2004 and placed eighth overall from the Bhopal zone. She ran from the Indore zone once more, this time finishing in second place. She was guaranteed a spot in the second round of the competition, which she ultimately lost.[8] She won the title of Miss Bhopal in 2005.
After making her acting debut in a Doordarshan telefilm, Tripathi went on to present the show Akash Vani. She acted as Payal in Star One’s Yeh Dil Chahe More in 2005, and as Melanie in Viraasat in 2006. Tripathi was cast in the twin parts of Vidya and Divya in Zee TV’s drama fiction series Banoo Main Teri Dulhann in August 2006. She was honored for her performance as Vidya and her on-screen duo with Sharad Malhotra. She received numerous honors for her work in the show, including the Indian Telly Award for New Face and the Indian Television Academy Award for Best Actress in Dramatic Category. The program concluded in 2009 after three years of airing. In 2006, she competed in the Zee TV show Khana Khazana.
