Dallas Clayton Goedert born January 3, 1995 is an American professional football tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. He played college football at South Dakota State and was selected by the Eagles in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Goedert began his college career at South Dakota State University as a walk-on and played for the Jackrabbits from 2013 to 2017, redshirting his freshman year. Over the course of his collegiate career, he recorded 198 receptions for 2,988 yards and 21 touchdowns, including two consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons. In his senior year, he started all 14 games, served as a team captain, and accumulated 72 catches for 1,111 yards and seven touchdowns. Goedert was a two-time first-team FCS All-American and was a finalist for the prestigious Walter Payton Award in 2016, which honors the top player in the FCS. After the 2017 season, Goedert was invited to the 2018 Senior Bowl, but he withdrew from the game after suffering an injury during practice.
