Partridge was born on 3 June 2003 in Wandsworth, London, to parents James and Liz Partridge. He has two sisters: an older sister named Issie and a younger sister named Millie. he attended Dulwich Preparatory School and played rugby for the Battersea Ironsides Sports Club. He later studied at Alleyn’s School, where he was part of Tyson’s House, and completed his A Levels in 2021, earning A grades in French, English, and Film Studies.

Louis Partridge began his acting career in 2014 with a role in the short film Beneath Water. He also appeared as an extra in Emil and the Detectives at the National Theatre, performing alongside fellow child actors Seb Sargent and Lucy Hutchinson during a rehearsal attended by Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh. In 2015, he served as one of England’s mascots at the Rugby World Cup match against Wales at Twickenham Stadium.
Partridge landed early minor roles in Pan (2015) and Paddington 2 (2017), before portraying Piero de’ Medici in the historical drama series Medici (2019).
