In June 2007, she signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and was assigned to its developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), along with her twin sister Brie. Together, they formed the tag team known as The Bella Twins. Nikki made her main roster debut on SmackDown in November 2008. She is a two-time WWE Divas Champion and holds the record for the longest reign with that title.

Early Life
Stephanie was born 16 minutes before her twin sister Brianna to parents Jon Garcia and Kathy Colace in San Diego, California. She was raised on a farm in Scottsdale, Arizona. Of Italian and Mexican heritage, Nikki and her sister played soccer from a young age, representing a local Scottsdale club during elementary school. She graduated from Chaparral High School in 2002 and went on to attend Grossmont College in San Diego, where she played soccer before moving to Los Angeles. There, she worked as a waitress at the Mondrian Hotel while pursuing modeling and acting.
Her early media appearances included a role on the Fox reality series Meet My Folks. Following that, the Garcia twins were chosen as the “World Cup Twins” for Budweiser and were photograph with the World Cup trophy. They were finalists in the 2006 “International Body Doubles Twins Search” and also participate in the 2006 WWE Diva Search, although they were not select at the time.
